    Had a terrible experience here with the rude staff, my partner had tried to lodge a complaint but we worry this is going to be covered up by shire staff.

    We received a lot of information and they where very friendly and helpful.FREE WIFI available here!!

    We stopped into this centre to enquire about the pinnacles. We asked the person if we can bring our dog in the car with us through the pinnacles if it remained in the car she answered yes. When we arrived at the pinnacles the person told us this was not only wrong but we were the 3rd car sent by the staff at the Turquoise Coast Visitors Centre with this info. If your business is information have the facts!! I would not trust the staff at this centre again and have warned other travellers on my journey.
